Let your mind start a journey through a strange new world. Leave all thoughts of the world you knew before. Let your soul take you where you long to be… Close your eyes let your spirit start to soar, and you’ll live as you’ve never lived before. – Erich Fromm
Hey, I am Nausheen. I hold a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Christ University, Bangalore. I am oriented in the Gestalt school of thought and look at therapy as a journey upon which you and I will embark together.
I look at my job as a navigator, where I wish to support and nurture you on your path of self exploration.
I integrate the existential and person centred school of thought in my work and look at my clients as whole, capable of finding their own direction and meaning in life when met with empathy, respect and acceptance.
I have done a certificate course in Existential Well Being from KU Leuven, Belgium which has equipped me with a holistic perspective in working with various psychological issues I encounter in my practice.
Currently, the highlight of my life is being a new mother and reveling in my son’s babbles and laughter! I am also a cat mom to two beautiful kitties who absolutely light up my world. I am a voracious reader (did you know kindle streak is a thing now?!) and a lifelong learner. One day I wish to travel the world.
My work instills within me a deep sense of meaning and contribution. I enjoy building relationships with my clients and witnessing their magnificent journey of revelations and growth.
